Christmas is in full swing around The Manor so I thought I would share one of my favorite things.
I love this little guy…..
His eyes just seem to twinkle!
I have him perched on an old German wicker basket along with my favorite Christmas pillow (which doesn’t really look very Christmasy!)
Some silver winter picks along with some beaded garland were added to his pouch!
Yes, that is some garland crumbs that fell from the banister when I had to replace another strand of lights that went out!!!
A beautiful saying from a wonderful poet and a true sentiment to all who enter our home!

So beautiful. Merry Christmas! It has been keeping at about 84 this past week, so I have had to pull weeds and mow the lawn, so the house is a disaster and not sure I will ever get it clean, much less decorated…… ya know?

It is no wonder why you love this “guy”…and Emerson is one of my very favorite!…When my daughter in law was expecting, my son said, if it was a boy, he would name it after his favorite author, “Emerson”…but they had a girl and she is the light of our lives!..
