Just two simple spring wreaths for the front doors!!
But, I felt they were too boring!! They needed a little something to make them “pop“against the black doors!
Remember my Valentine Wreaths and my love of white pip berries?
Well, I just detached the pip berries from my heart wreaths and added them to my boxwood wreaths!
SUPER EASY!
My faux boxwood wreaths……
…..styrofoam back….
…..white pip berry garland….
…..and florist push pins!
All I did was attach the pip berry garlands to the back of the boxwood wreaths with the push pins into the styrofoam!
I adjusted the pip berries where I wanted them and added bright green burlap ribbons to tie to the wreath holder!
Now, they look complete and show up nicely from the road!!
Today, I’m adding a few new “tweaks” to the porch. Will share next!!
I hope everyone is finally thawing out and feeling the spring fever!
Until next time……
Love the wreaths with the “pip berries”…they certainly do pop against your doors…However, I do them them with or without the berries….can’t wait to see your tweaks to the porch!!!
You are so lucky to have double doors. I’m jealous. And I’m also jealous that your weather is warm. We are still wearing gloves and mitts :(.
Maybe a few colorful flowers randomly placed within the wreath. Ya know, nestled in with the ivy. When I make wreaths I end up rearranging then over and over until I feel it’s just right. You can even change the flowers with the seasons. A rabbit and easter eggs would look great for Easter. Or, and some ribbon for Mothers Day. Ok, you got me started. Gonne look thru my craft supplies now!
Love the boxwood wreaths on your front doors. I think the green ribbon and berries make them stand out. Where did you purchase boxwood wreaths from? I love them!!!
Thank you so much! I lucked out and actually purchased my wreaths at a local craft store that was having a moving sale but you could easily make them by purchasing a boxwood garland and a styrofoam wreath!
I love the pop of white!! I spy little birdies on your chalkboard & I love it!
Those are gorgeous, Angela. They look like “fairy” wreaths to me with the white around them. LOVE them! xoDiana
Oh how lovely! Simple is good and making simple pop with the pips is even better! You know I’m always keeping an eye on what you do with your front porch!
I love your wreaths! It’s inspiring me to put mine on the front door but unfortunately today it’s a balmy 4 degrees outside….LOL
Great job on lowering those gorgeous wreaths with burlap….I love how you got the placement on the glass portion. I am OCD when it comes to stuff like that and you worked it perfectly. Adding the pip berries makes them pop, they look wonderful:-)I love your wreaths! It’s inspiring me to put mine on the front door but unfortunately today it’s a balmy 4 degrees outside….LOL

Those look fantastic! I was wondering where you got the pretty boxwood wreaths and you made them! Well done!
Oh, I love these!! They really stand out! So pretty
